But Stanford came in in a lot better shape than USC did for that game.

Yeah, with this, the overall effort, especially when you dissect it, I mean, they beat them.

When you dissect it's a 3817 game. It's shocking to me going back, it was ever 2417 of the fourth quarter, and that Stanford had the ball. That seems like that never happened to how Notre Dame played that second half. They were the defensive front, and I wrote about this, I couldn't stop from writing about it twice. The defensive fronts is the key to this team. Everything that's going to go wrong from here on out,

that defensive front is going to come after you every game.

Someone's going to have a bad game, not the defensive front.

Well, it shouldn't because you're deep enough that your second unit can make plays as well, generally speaking.

Notre Dame physically manhandled Stanford.

And it's true.

I mean, it truly did happen.

And, you know, I think we're probably going to look back and say that this isn't one of Stanford's better teams.

They haven't gained 400 yards in a game yet in five games.

So they had some weaknesses, and Nordheim exposed them.

And the great thing that's happened here, especially in the last two weeks,

is that over the course of 60 minutes,

Nordame is just manhandling teams physically.
