Where Notre Dame struggled mightily, fell behind 10 to nothing but came back, scored 24 straight points, which was a habit that USC had this season.

And Nortem wins 2417, finishes the regular season 12 and 0, as they did six years earlier.

And we're not going to talk about how Nortem might not make the playoffs at 12 and 0.

They are going to make the playoffs.

The committee would be disbanded if they didn't make it. But we're sitting in a good position. It'll be interesting to watch the games this weekend, get an idea of just exactly what Nordheim's going up against, whether it's Clemson. Who else might it be? Georgia.

I guess it could be Georgia.

But none of us anticipate that happening.

So, guys, let's just talk a little bit about Saturday night.

It was a little stressful.

I know for Nordame fans, as Nordame fell behind 10 to nothing, and didn't seem to be in the

swing of things and playing at the pace of

USC was. They weren't playing at the pace that USC was. I mean, give Clay held in a lot of credit

for getting his team ready to play. He had a good offensive plan. It took Nortame a while to

adjust all that, but eventually the better team emerged. I thought it was, I mean, it was a highly

stressful night. I mean, way more than anything that I think I felt against Pittsburgh,

certainly the very end against Vanderbilt when you're like,

ooh, good, this might be getting away.

This, I thought they could have, I mean, if they don't have the Eloy Gilman strip

and the Troy Pride strip, they're probably down double digits at a halftime.

And at that point, the adjustments maybe have to be a little bit different.

I don't know if Notre Dame comes back from that.
