Today, we're sharing my conversation with Bo Bauer, a former Nordame linebacker who played

for the fighting Irish from 2018 to 2022.

We discuss his various roles on the Nerdingen football team from a special team star and

fan favorite to Nicco Linebacker to team captain. Our conversation also delves into his tumultuous

final season at Nerdaim, which was cut short due to entry, and how that sent him down an arduous path

as he pursued a career in the NFL.

Still, he spent time with the Washington commanders in Seattle Seahawks before suffering

another significant injury and retiring from the game in September 2024.

Now, Bo works for his mentor and a fellow former Nardium linebacker Jack Shields as an

implementation associate at Shields at home and a strategic advisor with Project Land, which stands for

Bauer, a former Nardium linebacker and team captain who played for the fighting Irish from

2018 to

2022. You recorded 121 tackles, 11 of which were for a loss, 2.5 sacks, six pass deflections

in your career at Nordame. In your final season, which was unfortunately cut short due to

a knee injury, you also became a National Football Foundation

Hampshire Honor Society member and received the 2002 Neuradame Father Lang Iron Cross Award.

Next, you pursued a career in the NFL, which included since with the Washington

commanders and Seattle Seahawks before retiring from football in September of 20, 2024.
