We have a special guest in segment two, as some of you already know, we're bringing in Eric Thomas, our recruiting analyst to talk about

some of the topics that people have been asking about. It's a dead period in recruiting. So that

accounts for some of the limited activity that Notre Dame has been involved in. But we'll get into

some of that with Eric in segment two and then talk about some of the specific prospects that are on Notre Dame's

wish lists in the class of 2026. But first segment one, not a lot of breaking news with regard

to the football program. I do want to start with, I want to start with you, John, with regard to Mike Martin.

We expect him to be officially named soon, but that hasn't happened yet, so we will let you know

when that does.

But Mike Martin is in the process of, he's been busy, let's put it that way.

Yeah, that's the best way of putting it,

TP. He's in town. He started working in the goog around the middle of last week, been very active.

He'll have a very much lead role as Notre Dame looks to fill out the rest of its personnel staff,

probably two official openings right now. Obviously, he replaces

Chad Bowden and brings with him two decades of NFL experience and also Tom as a collegiate

player in the SEC. But they still have to technically replace Iyer Turner. I also think that Mike

will be empowered to add probably someone, basically

an assistant GM role, is my understanding. And he's been making calls already. I'm told that he's

spoken with approximately three different people in the SEC. He spoke with someone in the ACC.

He spoke with someone in Big 12 territory. and he's also talked to some NFL people.

So he's been very active.
