But segment one, we kind of want to wrap up, obviously, the Cotton Bowl and some other things, Brian Kelly's name

was submitted by a search firm for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It doesn't sound like the Buccaneers

are agreeing with that suggestion per se. We don't think anything will come of that. But

this is something that we kind of expected with a ton of NFL openings, Brian Kelly's name was going to

come up.

We don't have any evidence that I'm aware of unless you do, Pete, that he's going to be offered a job or accept a job and leave Notre Dame. But it was when a search firm throws a name out there,

you know, it's worth noting. Yeah, I mean, there's no reason for me to think he's going to leave.

There's a lot of reason to think that he'll probably get a slightly improved contract after the last couple of years, and that's fine.

But, yeah, I mean, it's interesting you look at these NFL jobs and the names that are thrown out to him, and I'm like, I'm pretty sure Brian Kelly is a better coach than about, like, 80% of the people that are getting these jobs. So I do look, Brian Kelly is a better coach than about like 80% of the people that are getting these jobs.

So, um, I do look, Brian Kelly is a situation here where he's, the Notre Dame job is as good as it's ever been for him.

Um, compensation has never been better. Um, recruiting is in a good way. He has a couple young,and-coming coordinators who like working for him and like being at Notre Dame.
