We're joined today by Kevin Sinclair.

It's Wednesday, November 9th, Notre Dame feeling the afterglow, I guess you could say, of the Clemson victory with an impact on recruiting.

Certainly it was a big recruiting weekend for Notre Dame with a bunch of

verbally committed players.

And Kevin Notre Dame will deal more with or talk more about the impact of that weekend as we progress here.

But Kevin Nordame received a verbal commitment from

class of 2024 cornerback Carson Hobbs from familiar stomping ground through the years for

Nordame, Cincinnati Archbishop Mueller High School. What can you tell us, Kevin, about Carson

Hobbs? Yes, so I met Carson was on the visitor list for the Cal game, and I kind of took note of him around that time.

You know, a kid from Mueller, and we all know about, you know, Mueller's history at Notre Dame, or if you don't, you know, guys like Tony Hunter, you know, and many, many others came from Mueller to Notre Dame.

And, you know, I got on the phone with him just after the game. It was the same day.

They had offered him during his visit that day.

And he, you know, was the first thing he told me was that he was a lifelong Notre Dame fan.

His dad is a lifelong Notre Dame fan. This whole, it's kind of like a

tradition in their family. They're all Irish fans. And sometimes I hear recruits,
