Notre Dame at NC State this weekend on Tim Priester with Tim O'Malley from Irish Illustrated.

We are joined by Pete Sampson of the athletic, Nordameman 8-point favorite in what we anticipate

being rainy conditions, not hurricane conditions, but just rainy conditions. And so it'll be a

different ballgame though what we experienced seven years ago. But, Nordame,

NC State, I think a little bit more challenging than perhaps some would think based

upon Nordame outscoring their first two opponents 98 to 6.

Yeah, well, I kind of devalue that part of it.

The one thing I think Notre Dame really has going forward, and NC State does too.

This could even know, but I can't think of many games other

than Ohio State and NC State that are perfectly placed on Notre Dame schedule in terms of preparation.

This is outstanding for Notre Dame. I think Ohio State is in the same realm following Central

Michigan. And then after that, I don't know if there is such a thing as a well-placed game for Notre Dame going forward just because of the string of tougher opponents. And I suppose

Pittsburgh maybe after a buy. But so I think when you look at NC State and I've had a few people

nationally reach out and say, this feels like it could be a rock fight. It's like, eh, it could be.

I could see that because I think NC State has held

some stuff back. I don't think Notre Dame emptied the playbook against Tennessee State on either
