I'm Tim O'Malley, joined today by Tim Priest of Irish Illustrated and John Bryce of

Football Scoop and most recently of a travel odyssey that I would not recommend for others.

Guys, the news this week, it dropped yesterday, of course, that the Arkansas game will not be a wild game under the lights.

It could be a very hot day, however, at Arkansas.

11 a.m. Central time, of course, noon for most people on the East Coast.

That is a surprise kickoff time, guys, especially when we were thinking, I know that there's a lot of good games that night,

but I thought the unique quality of Notre Dame Arkansas might put that at night. Yeah, I don't know. It may seem more unique to us

than the national audience. It's unique to Arkansas too. Yeah, well, no doubt about it. They're

going to be really excited whether, regardless when the kickoff is. But I think that's good. For

our travel purposes, that's good. We're happy about that.

It's not an easy place to get to.

And then when you look at the slate of games that day, you know, it makes it pretty easy to understand why they slotted that at the noon spot.

Yeah, I tweeted this yesterday when the SEC released all those time official times and then those time windows.

And that's something they've only been doing for about two years now because of so much

fan complaint. And then frankly, I think it impacted attendance because they were,

they were naming kickoff times as slow as low as five days before kickoff for way too many games.

It just got out of hand.

And so that's why they now do the windows so that you can at least plan your logistics a bit

more.

Arkansas won at the game at night.
