But Tim, you were at the Kelly Care's golf outing yesterday.

You spoke to him about a variety of things, guys coming off injuries.

Jared Patterson's name naturally came up as to where he might end up. He admitted that

centers his best position because that's where he has developed into, really, I thought,

at all-American level before he was injured last year. Just your thoughts on some of the

things that Brian Kelly said in terms of Patterson,

the O-line, and of course, Cain Madden, the new addition to Nordheim's offensive line.

That's really why we focus so much on Patterson is because Cain Madden was the first topic.

It's the hot topic he was added.

And it was Eric Hansen, the South Bend Tribune asked does this affect Jared

Patterson?

Frank Kelly said yes.

Well, this is a lot right.

Of course.

But I do think people are reading too much into the center comment because of course

that's his best position.

It's great that he said it for all of us, you know, that it's not just writers

saying that. Of course, it's his best position. But he prefaced all of that by saying it's what's
