We're joined by Pete Sampson of the Athletic.

It is game week number five for the Fighting Irish, a six and a half point favorite over visiting

Louisville, Notre Dame. I mean, needless to say,

this is a massive game for Nordaam. We're going to use that. I'm going to use that word

massive every week pretty much. But this is one that seems to be a real threat for Nordame. Louisville

3 and O, they've only played one Power 5 team, and that was Georgia Tech, and they needed special teams

and defense to win that game.

They struggled to run the football, but have been throwing it very well.

Should be a heck of a match up here in Notre Dame Stadium as the Irish tried to regain

some magic in Notre Dame Stadium.

Tim, I was saying before we started recording that six and a half

seemed like a little much for the point spread. That was what you originally said you thought

it would be. How are you seeing this game? Yeah, I think that's about right. They're not trying

to predict the score. They're trying to get bets on both sides. Of course, it was 10. I never looked after August, but it was

10 before the season started for this game. That seemed high if you're just trying to, if you're

trying to forecast out. Notre Dame's defense is still the best unit on the field. The problem is,

is their offense the fourth best unit on the field? And you could argue that as well out of the four.

In fact, it has been to date.
