We don't have to have concerns about the rivalry.

but Pete, we've talked a little bit about what Marcus said about C.J. Carr and Tuesday's press conference,

and then all of us got to meet with C.J. Carr last night at the end of interview. So I want to jump to you first, kind of maybe your impressions on how Marcus depicted his choice.

And we noted on instant analysis.

He said his decision a few times.

And also just impressions on CJ yesterday.

I thought Carr was a million miles more comfortable than the first time he came in.

His confidence came up a lot in conversation with Freeman and Denbrock.

And I'll be honest, like, he did not strike me as confident at all the first time he came in.

And I don't want to like psychoanalyze a press conference too much.

But the guy that came in yesterday looked

like a returning starter from last year the guy who came in after the first practice was like

oh you're you are in danger of throwing three picks at miami um so it was just the i don't know that the sort of vibes about him, I thought were totally different

yesterday than before.

And I thought it was interesting.

I mean, he admitted that the weight of the competition kind of got to him a little bit.

You know, and look, there's going to be a different kind of weight on Sunday night. But, you know, when he's up there and it says, like, you know and look there's going to be a different kind of weight on Sunday night but you know

when he's up there and it says like you know you make a mistake and your first reaction sometimes

is like oh shit I just lost a job like that you can't play football that way but that's that was

sort of the weird world he was living in for about two and a half weeks and he seemed to be very grateful that he's no longer living in that world well yeah i think that makes
