It's Monday, October 12th. Two days after Nordames's 42 to 26 victory over Florida State,

it certainly had its hiccups along the way. But Tim, we thought it was, we thought the hiccups were going to be offensively with Ian

Book and he played very well and very decisively.

And it turns out the issues were on the defensive side of the ball.

And I think in retrospect now and still not knowing whether Tagaviloa or Kaiser

will be completely cleared for this weekend, but probably.

And then knowing about COVID running through a couple positions, it was a defensive side of the

ball where they had difficulty, really not to make excuses for them because, you know, Florida

stay had a good offensive game plan. But Nardam struggled with it.

The optics were worse than the actual statistics defensively.

There are a couple moments where, you know, the third and four,

third and four is a good call.

They beat Sean Crawford on third and four for a touchdown.

I think what the bad optics for me was the first drive of the second half that's what i expected i expected

that to shut down kind of gave you know you don't make an excuse but you give him a little bit of a

pass when you realize how many the defenders had covid or were not in practice for several days and

came back and we're probably pushed into action because somebody had to be you know know, you're moving Sean Crawford to back to corner.

Other than that, I'm not that surprised.

Forresti had a couple good drives that Timori and Terry was involved in because he's just

a better player than other players are out there.

Right.
