And it was hammering there in snowy Notre Dame Stadium Saturday.

It was over before it started, man.

I mean, Notre Dame had to kick.

Boston College was fortunate that they held a couple times and forced Blake Groupie to kick three field goals because it would have really, really gotten out of hand.

It got out of hand in the first half.

There was no doubt, Notre Dame was a superior team. And I think they took Boston College's will away from them just about from the get-go.

Yeah, you could joke the turning point was indeed kickoff or when D.C.

started jumping around shipping up to Boston, but I think Benjamin

Morrison's pick in D.C.

territory after they had held them to three points
