This is Ivers Illustrated Insider. It's Tuesday, May 31st, a Memorial Day extension of our weekend here as we get back into a podcast mode on a Tuesday.

Not a lot of breaking news for us to really jump into. I last week at this time, Jaden Lamar hadn't verbally committed to Nardaynain.

We knew he was going to, and he did.

Guys, why don't you just weigh in on what you see of Jaden Lomar, the running back coming

to Nardame next year?

Automatic.

I mean, it's an upgrade because it was Sederric Urban instead, but it's hard to, uh,

it's hard to evaluate Lamar against what they have, not including Tyree, because I like what they

have. Like I really like Jadarian Price. I never think to myself, all right, well, there, you know,

your push. Sometimes when you bring and recruit, you automatically think, well, there goes that guy's chances, but I don't feel that way at all with Deary in Price.

I know that everybody's kind of down on Diggs right now and the shoulder injury puts things into question, but a, he's a valuable kind of half of the team, too.

It's a pretty good running back's room.

But I don't think I rate Lamar, oh, I think I rate Price as having the best career right now out of the group.

I like Lamar seems a little bit more all purpose to me than Price did.

And I mean, look, you got to have multiple running backs who can play, not just multiple like.

No, you're going to.

You have guys who you can trust to put in a game.

You know, and I think that the staff is probably going to learn that, or not learn that, but like go through that process in September.

Like, you know, you like Gerardian Price. Can you trust them in a game? You know, you got to put him in a game first.

But, you know, Lamar, I talked to his coach a little bit last week. You know, they do a little bit of everything with him, including defense.

So it's the Wildcat quarterback.

So I, you know, I always want the, were you the best athlete on the field on the team?
