Welcome to another edition of Irish Illustrated Insider. It is Monday, August 11th. I'm Tim O'Malley, joined today by Tim Priester of Irish Illustrated and John Bryce of Football Scoop. Guys, we had a, well, no longer rare. It's about to be commonplace until the game number one starts. But Sunday Access had about 20 minutes yesterday inside. We also want to talk about a

scrimmage that happened last Friday night, or about 72 hours ago at School Field in South Bend.

Tim and John, you guys remember we were privy to that one a couple years ago. No longer.

That was a fun. That was a fun one. Quick update, though, there was two notable happenings from

Sunday's open viewing, jaden greathouse back in

action after either head neck concussion issue and gabriel rubio back after undisclosed reasons and

i think uh those are the two guys we were looking for uh pretty sure he's nice to i i keep forgetting

people's numbers like jordan phazon and Jaden Great House keep changing on me.

And I was like, wait, there's Great House. No, that's Faison. And you corrected me on that one.

Yeah, I had a couple extra days to work with that, T.O. But yeah, you know, I mean, I think some of the things, and J.B. you'll chime in here too, but I think some of the things that we have been hearing on the

practice field is, and this isn't a surprise, and it's not a bad thing if one has to be ahead of the things that we have been hearing on the practice field is, and this isn't a surprise,

offense. And I think that that's generally going to be the case when you have a young quarterback,

maybe unless his name is Trevor Lawrence or somebody like that. But, you know, I'd rather have it that way going into Miami.

And there's certainly time to bridge the gap.

And you still have a really good offensive line with running backs and some, you know,

I mean, you've got some receivers.

I think they can play.

And you just got to get the young quarterbacks to get into their hands any way that they can. And I think they can play. And you just got to get the young quarterbacks to get into

ahead offense, not surprising the way it should be. I think the way you want it to be if you have to
