Not a lot of breaking news with regard to Notre Dame, unless you're talking about Micah Bell signing up with Vanderbilt.

We'll get into that in a minute.

But I did want to follow up on the end of last week when Tim O'Malley and John Bryce got together for an Irish Illustrated overtime.

Just want to touch upon this briefly.

We strongly encourage you to check that out from late last week on Irish

Illustrated. But, you know, we talked about guys about the June signed, the very real possibility

of a June signing period. And I wanted to, we had a question from FL Irish 76. We're going to kind of

move that from segment one to,

or from segment two to segment one.

It was suggested why not an August signing date like before camp opens?

Was that ever considered?

And let's just get into your thoughts on a June signing period,

which I know there was concern about high school seniors then skipping

their last year of play during the fall. Yeah, there was an August signing period discussed or

floated at some point in recent years. I don't know all the particular reasons why it's settled on June.

What I continue to be told and what was emphasized at those national DFO meetings 10 days ago in Dallas when we were there for several days,

is that the June signing period is expected to pass and would take effect in June of 2025,

therefore for the 26 signing class.

I talked to Notre Dame folks some last week.
