and right before um the part about arena's sister's suicide i will will put a warning right before that, and that section

goes on for about 12 to 14 minutesish somewhere around there. So just that's a big, big content

All right. Thank you for having me. And thank you for letting me tell the story. I know there are people with stories that are much worse than mine. I would say that I was very impacted by what happened to me. And I thought maybe I'm a very sensitive person, but I also thought maybe sensitivity is an adaptive response

to an environment. I started wondering that. I've been so impacted by what happened to me that

it really has directed my relationships in a negative way to the point where I feel like a lot of

my life has been sort of squandered on

unfulfilling relationships.

I just wanted to start preface the story because you've mentioned in the past, you know,

that a family story is hard to tell.
