awareness of his very real presence in your life. So when it comes to the hard parts of your story,

how do you frame them? How do you talk about the things you've been through? How do you frame the

mistakes you've made in the parts of your story that you'd actually rather forget? Is there a lot

of shame in your narrative, maybe self-berating?

What if there's a grace-filled way to tell your story?

Scripture says that when we look to Jesus, we're radiant and no shame covers our face.

Irene Rollins joins me again today. Maybe you recognize her name because she's part of the

Bible Talk team. She was on earlier with me this week. Our Bible talk team will be on

once a month to tackle things, just themes from scripture to talk about what God's speaking to us

about. But we've got her to ourselves today. We're going to talk about her amazing story,

as she tells it in her book, Refram Your Shame, Experience Freedom from What Holds You Back.

and I always make it a name to be as raw and honest with you. So for those of you who are ready

Is there something in you that's still not yet healed?

Something in you that's still sitting beneath the surface that's triggerable.

You know, if it gets poked at, it still hurts.
