I'm John Bachelor with Malcolm Holine Conference of President's major American Jewish organizations,

and we're very pleased to welcome our colleague,

Rob Sattloff, at the Washington Institute,

to comment on what we know, fog of war,

about the exchange of missiles, drones, aircraft,

back and forth between Tel Aviv generally and Tehran and all the rest of the suspect sites in Iran

that are associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran's suspect nuclear weapons program.

However, we turn now to the region watching this conflict.

There are several conflicts underway.

Gaza with the Hamas, Lebanon with Hisbalah, Yemen with the Houthis,

and then there is the Ukraine-Russian fight.

So there's head spinning going on. However, the region

right now is focused on will or will not the U.S. joined with its ally Israel in responding to

the Iranian provocations and also the NPT in violation. Will the U.S. support Israel in enforcing the violation of the NPT and shut will the U.S. support Israel in enforcing the violation of the NPT

and shut down the Islamic Republic's ambition to develop its own nuclear weapon?

Rob, I begin with Russia because the threat is from Lavrov himself, who speaks for Vladimir Putin.

The threat is, do not get involved to the United States of America.

How do you read that, Rob?

Uniform, uniform ceremonial, or does it have bite?

Look, I think that the big picture about Russia's view of this conflict is they are perhaps Iran's most important

global ally, and they have been very, very quiet, very balanced, very even-handed.
