Donald Trump announced that he would impose escalating tariffs on Denmark and other European countries,

including Britain, France and Germany, that failed to support his bid to purchase Greenland.

Writing on his true social platform, he threatened a 10% levy on all goods starting

on February 1st, increasing to 25% on June 1st. His threats followed mass protests in Denmark

and Greenland in response to America's push to acquire the Arctic territory.

Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khaminai accused America and Israel of orchestrating unrest across the country

as he acknowledged the high death toll following the nationwide protests. More than 3,000 people have died in Iran's deadliest unrest in decades,

according to human rights activists in Iran, an advocacy group. Mr. Khamenei said Mr. Trump was responsible

for deaths, damage and accusations he is inflicted on the Iranian people.

America's Federal Aviation Administration asked airlines to exercise caution when flying over Mexico

and parts of Central and South America, including Panama, Colombia and Ecuador.

The alert, which cited military activities and potential disruption to navigation systems,

will remain in effect through March 17th.
