So we just did a big podcast while Robbie's up or down in LA rather, just about all the updates

that are going on, all the headlines.

And we said that we were going to do one specifically on

Iran, even though the protests look like they're waning already. So we just wanted to do that today.

Just give you a quick update on our thoughts, what's happening, break through the propaganda a

little bit and give a little bit of context to what's going on. Anything you want to say before I

launch right into it, Rob?

Yeah, I mean, as we know, Iran has been in the crosshairs of the neocons and the military

industrial complex and the D.C. foreign policy establishment for as long as I can remember,

I mean, when we went into Iraq, it almost seemed like the natural progression of events was going to be that we would next invade or overthrow the government of Iran.

That's what it seemed like was going to happen during the Bush era.

Luckily, that didn't happen, but during the

Obama era, there was more pushes in that direction where the Green Revolution happened during the

Arab Spring. There were massive protests in Iran, and it seemed as if it could, you know, the country

could have actually gotten so chaotic that they

would have you know potentially done regime change there luckily that didn't happen then either um

but even Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state um she said we're going to obliterate Iran.

Yeah, she said something about if Iran did something to Israel.

Would you obliterate them?
