big demands, essentially. In return, Iran would have nuclear-related sanctions lifted, and the US

would offer some support for a civilian nuclear energy program. So the idea being that if Iran agreed

to stop enriching uranium,

other countries would provide them with the enriched uranium,

which they could then use for civilian nuclear energy.

The Iranians first hinted at their response via a statement from a military spokesperson.
