More conflicting statements from President Trump yesterday on the war with Iran, declaring victory

and then minutes later saying that the job is not finished. It comes as Iran is stepping up

its attacks, sending oil prices higher.

The question is, will the president shift his messaging if the war continues to drag on?

Also ahead, Jeffrey Epstein's accountant testified yesterday before House lawmakers about how the

convicted sex offender accumulated his wealth. The question is, what more did we learn? MSN now legal

reporter Lisa Rubin will be with me to break it down. Plus, President Trump's fixation on the 2020

election moves from Georgia to Arizona, as both the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI

are now investigating results out west. The question is, what's the Trump administration doing with voter data from these states,

given there's never been any proof of substantial election fraud?

attacks on shipping traffic and energy infrastructure. U.S. officials say American and Israeli

aerial attacks have crippled Iran's air defenses, but Iran continues to fire missiles and drones

across the region. In Bahrain, new video shows firefighters battling huge flames at a fuel storage facility following an Iranian strike there.

Iraq was forced to shut down oil port operations this morning after deadly attacks on two foreign oil tankers.

Iran also hit a container ship off the coast of Dubai.
