1:57.7	an American city and killed two U.S. citizens. Now, neither Democrats nor Republicans
2:03.3	dispute this fact, nor is there any dispute that an additional 13 people have died in
2:09.3	ICE custody in 2026 alone. More than had died by this time last year, which was a year that
