U.S. stocks rallied today after news of a ceasefire agreement with Iran. The Dow jumped 2.9%. The NASDAQ was up

2.8%, and the S&P 500 leapt 2.5%. Investors are betting that lower energy prices will help the Federal

Reserve cut rates. Meanwhile, benchmark U.S. crude futures plummeted 15% as trade flows may soon resume.

Among individual companies, Levi Strauss shares jumped 11%. The apparel maker said its turnaround

is working and upgraded its full year guidance. Intel shares also rose 11% today to reach their highest level since 2021.

Elon Musk is partnering with the company to build chips for his TerraFab project.

Blue Owl shares slipped 1.5% after Moody's downgraded one of its private credit funds.

The ratings agency cited investors asking to withdraw a large share of their money.

Shell shares fell 5% following the news of the Middle East ceasefire. The company also warned that

recent conflict disruptions would lead to lower natural gas production. And Universal Music Group

shares rose 4% in Amsterdam.

The record label confirmed it received an unsolicited offer from Pershing Square.
