Iran accused America of violating the ceasefire,

claiming that America attacked one of its tankers in the strait of Hormuz

and struck civilian areas elsewhere.

Explosions were reported in several cities, including Tehran.

An American official said the strikes were self-defense.

America's Court of International Trade struck down Mr. Trump's 10% global tariffs.

Mr. Trump imposed the new levies in February after the Supreme Court blocked the bulk of his

tariffs. He invoked Section 122, an untested provision from the

1970s, arguing that the duties were necessary to plug, quote, balance of payment deficits. However,

in a 2-1 ruling, the federal judges disagreed with that argument. The economist has exclusively

seen evidence of a secret Russian plan to supply innovative weapons to Iran to be used against

American troops. The three-part proposal was prepared by the GRU, the intelligence arm of Russia's armed forces.

It posited sending two types of drones to Iran, including fiber-optic drones, which have transformed
