favored Pete Buttigieg, allowing Buttigieg to falsely claim an early victory. D&C chair

Tom Perez called for a recanvassing of the vote amid widespread uncertainty about its accuracy.

this app that ruined the Iowa caucus, let me just ask you first, your overall reaction

to what has transpired in Iowa over these last few days?

I think what we saw was sort of unprecedented.

We've seen a, the Iowa caucuses be completely delegitimized before our eyes, just absolutely

destroyed.

And, you know, there's no way to talk about it without getting into the reporting

that I've done because what I'm doing is kind of connecting the dots and exposing the political

network that's at the heart of this catastrophe. And what we've been told is that this is all

just a big mistake that it boils down to an app that malfunctioned.
