The president, of course, was true to form, defiant, unrepentant, profane,

without a hint of contrition or magnanimity to those who had crossed him or tried to hold him accountable

for his conduct. It was the culmination of an extraordinary four days in American politics

that saw a complete meltdown of the Iowa Democratic Caucus, a near collapse for the party's

presumed frontrunner, former Vice President Joe Biden, and a state-of-the-union speech

more acrimonious and bitter than anybody can remember. We'll break it all down,
