William, how are you this week? Well, okay. We're talking in video now, possibly. And I was

thinking, how do we do that? And then I thought, I was trying to do an in-video gag there

where a light came on behind me and I pushed the wrong button. Yeah, I'm

frankly, I'm rubbish. That's how I am today. How are you? I'm good. I'm trying to remember

that I'm on a camera and I need to undo all of my military training of sitting perfectly still

like a statue. So if you do see this on YouTube or maybe Apple Podcast video, just understand that this is our first video.
