Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk. It is Friday, July 12, 2024, and I want to offer again my congratulations for making it through another week.

Now it's been an interesting week, certainly we got some deflationary news and

remember the difference between disinflation and deflation is that disinflation is the decreasing in an inflationary rate but we actually got prices falling this month

We got a PPI number that certainly contradicted the number CPI I told us some of the things we learned this week.

And certainly the path ahead has been forged with some of the things we learned this week.

And here at Invest Talk, we like to talk about all of those things. But most importantly,

I started a position in B.C.H.

Which is a Consumer Bank in Chile a little while ago,

and it's up a little bit.

But I was wondering if, in terms of making a play on near shoring

and onshoreing, if BLMX out of Panama might be a better option because it's more of a commercial bank.

It's also got some really good fundamentals if the data found that is correct.
