Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

I'm Luke Guerrero and I will be your host today on this beautiful Friday June 14th, 2024,

which means we're almost through the halfway point of the week of June, or month of June,

rather, June is essentially halfway done at this point.

Now I know that as summer comes along,

for those of you that have children, school is out.

Maybe they're college age kids.

College is out as well. or maybe you're just getting

through graduation and you're getting ready to go on your summer vacation and relax and spend

time with your family.
