Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

This is our Tuesday, December 26, 2023 edition.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas yesterday and we

we are into the final trading week of the year only five days away from New Year's Eve, excuse me, and then this year will be in the record books.

So it's been an interesting year for many investors, a lot of unexpected moves, but that is typical.

It's a lesson to be taken from this year is that nobody knows how the next year is going to go, but it's probably not going to be the way that you think it will turn out.

Sometimes that can be positive, as it was this year.

Sometimes that can be negative as it was last year.

But either way, you have to be ready for the market that comes at you.

The market that is not the one you hope it would be because like I said,

market certainly surprises.

And so my job here is to help you navigate over the next year, two years, five years, decade plus.

Markets going to evolve, but the principles of sound risk management, sound fundamental

and technical analysis stays roughly the same.
