I am Justin Klein and I am here today with Luke Guerrero. Thanks for being back with us Luke.

Thanks for having me on this rainy day. Rainy day it is a read a little bit today but

supposed to get a lot more over the next few days and it was a bit of a rainy day in the markets for once after a string of positive weeks.

It looks like this is going to be that week where things kind of

settle down a little bit as we close out the year, but we're going to get to that topic here in a bit.
