All right, I just want to give you a few things

to look out for whenever you're buying an investment property.

The first thing you want to look out for is the price.

Just because they're asking a certain price don't mean

you have to pay that price.

A lot of the times people see prices on the internet,

and they think, yo, I can't negotiate.

Do me a favor, repeat after me.

Everything is negotiable in real estate, okay?

Even the iron that they have in their house, everything, right?

And so what you want to make sure you do

is you're not overpaying for a property.

And so how you can make sure that you don't overpay

for a property is number one, you can access a realtor
