It was something that I didn't really do until the last two years.

And I began investing in myself when I began listening to motivational podcast.

you've heard me chat about the day when everything changed.

I was having a really hard day at work. You know, I had been in meeting after meeting and it seemed

like the negativity was just oozing from my pores. I was frustrated and my head was spinning

and I was just really upset and I looked outside and I saw how beautiful

it was outside and I told myself, you know, I'm going to go listen to some music and go for a walk

because I need this. My brain needs this. My mind needs this. I just need this. And I started walking

down the long, long hallway. Look, I worked in a huge school, so we had a long walk before we could actually get outside.

And as I was walking out the hallway, I remembered someone mentioning to me something about an app on my iPhone.
