Today's guest is Marco Santorelli.

Marco is an investor, author, and the founder of Norata Real Estate Investments, a nationwide

provider of turnkey cash flow rental properties. Since launching the business in 2004,

they have to help hundreds of real estate investors create wealth and cash flow through real

estate. Today, we are jumping in head first to find out just how Marco has helped

so many students. We are also going to pick his brain for best practices. There's no doubt

that with over 10 years of experience teaching real estate, Marco will have some great advice

So why don't you just tell us about your real estate background and how you got started?

Well, it's a good question because it's always a matter of how far back you want me to go.

The reality is I jumped in head first into real estate when I turned 18 years old and I could qualify for financing.
