You think that investing in rental properties is really very easy.

Dan, if I can do it, anybody can do it.

It's not rocket science.

It's not complicated.

And it's a low-risk investment that I think is simple enough for anybody to understand because we all need somewhere to live.

And so the concept of having a rental as an investment property is just kind of already ingrained in us, I think, because we already know we need somewhere to live,

so why not provide a nice place to live for someone else too?

financing and how he's buying rentals with as little as 5% down.
