Corey let's start at the very beginning how did you get started buying rental properties

so then i got started kind of by accident i uh was active duty in the army at then for Bragg, now Fort Liberty.

And, you know, I had owned my own home and I'd been in it for a few years. And, you know,

I had a conversation with my branch manager and they said I had to leave. I said, I didn't want to.

And they said, well, you're going to. So I, PCS to across the country to Colorado.

So I figured I would just rent it for a couple of years and move back in. But in that couple of years,
