I'm doing well. Good. We brought Bill on because there's a lot going on in the markets. And Bill is a portfolio

manager, Brandywine Global, and I wanted to bring them on to talk a lot about high-ield bonds.

So, Bill, tell us a little bit about your background. Sure. I was a tax lawyer for seven years coming out of school.

And then I've been in investment management for 21 plus years.

I am a portfolio manager with John McLean on the Brandywine Global High Yield Fund and the Brandywine Global Corporate Credit Fund.

And the third member of our team in Columbus, Ohio, is Jack Parker.

Most of our colleagues are in Philadelphia.

So how did you get into high-ield bonds?

To me, that seems like I didn't come out of college saying, hey, let me get into bonds.

Those are really sexy, right?

So how did you get into bonds?

Well, I mean, most people don't get out of law school and say they want to become tax lawyers either.

So I was always attracted to, you know, sort of niche areas that people were very passionate about,

but did it necessarily attract the most people or the most attention?

At my prior firm, we were just getting off the ground as an asset manager.

And two of my colleagues at the time were at the tail end of their career,

and they were starting up a their career, and they were starting

up a credit strategy, and they needed some help. And my legal background helped me somewhat because
