I'm super pumped about today's guest. Today we have the man, the myth, the legend,

fixer Jay DeCima. Jay is a real estate investor and author. And for myself, I've only read a couple of real

estate books in my life. And Jay's book, investing in fixture uppers, really motivated me to get

in the game. And I know Gino is a big fan as well. Jay, can you share your transition from

working at the electric company to become a real estate investor?

And I even remember parts of your book when you're discussing how when you first started,

the kitchen table was the office. So can you give us a little bit of that?

Sure I can. Yeah, and it was the telephone company.
