0:09.6	Multiple sources telling CNN that the former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, could

0:20.6	in conversations about invoking the 20th Amendment after the attack on the Capitol.
0:25.4	Now, Pompeo, we're drawing the list of several cabinet- or also former cabinet-level officials

0:32.7	And that panel isn't the only one moving forward.
0:35.9	It's now could the DOJ hasn't been dragging its feet.

0:42.5	Now where it ends up is not entirely certain.
0:45.4	But the DOJ seems to have its marching orders in place.
