0:41.5	is going to be looking into Jack Smith's probe and prosecution of President Trump in relation to
0:51.1	alleged Hatch Act violations. Now, Hatch Act is US law that prevents
0:56.4	government officials from engaging in certain partisan political activity while
1:02.6	they are a government official. And a lot of this stems from a referral by
1:08.0	Senator Tom Cotton from Arkansas and we'll get into that as well. But Jordan,
1:13.3	this is now what we're seeing more oversight in looking back at the actions of the Biden
1:19.7	administration in relation to how they weaponized government to go after a political opponent.
