We've seen very credible reports of delivered attacks on civilians, which would constitute

a war crime.

We've seen very credible reports about the use of certain weapons.

And what we're doing right now is documenting all of this, putting it all together, looking

at it, and making sure that as people and the appropriate

organizations and institutions investigate whether war crimes have been or are being committed,

that we can support whatever they're doing.

Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, on CNN yesterday.

While it might seem remarkable that the U.S. Secretary of State went so far as to say

there are credible reports of war crimes in Ukraine, Blinken is actually following on

the heels of Karim Khan, prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in the Hague,

who said last week he has sent an investigative team to Ukraine to seek and gather evidence

if it exists of war crimes by the Russian military.

And that comes after days of urgent calls from Ukrainian officials who say Russia has used

cluster bombs, thermobaric weapons, and targeted Ukrainian civilians.

A family was killed in Irpin, Ukrainian President Vladimir

Zelensky said yesterday.

The family was fleeing when missile struck Irpin roughly 16 miles northwest of Kiev according

to witnesses.
