You know, I just got back from a long, long trip and made me appreciate just how different real estate is around the world, not just in how it is physically and all that, but how it's transacted.

And we've talked on this show a lot about international real estate because we think there's great opportunity there.

And obviously, the U.S. housing market hasn't been exactly red hot in the last couple of years.

So we're going to talk today a little bit differently about international real estate.

I think investors all over the world in all different types of asset classes, not just real

estate, have been looking across borders and across oceans to find value, to find opportunity.
