year where there's going to be a shortage of inventory in a lot of your markets. That's absolutely true.

So what we're going to be doing is we're going to be focusing today, tomorrow, next day,

probably at least part of Wednesday, on what you can be doing to create your own inventory.

So here's what I want you guys to start with, a mindset shift,
