so optimistic. I was just reading a really great article on CNBC by Larry

Cudlow, and he was talking about the fact that what makes for a great leader, the essence of

what makes for a great leader is optimism, and you can't be a great leader unless you're

optimistic. And I thought that is a great representation of how most of you guys are, well,

at least representative by the emails that

you're sending us. You guys are so excited, so optimistic. And I, you know what, it's, it's

well-placed optimism. You guys are on the right path. The news that's coming out about housing,

the news that's coming about the economy,'s mindsets you know it did feel like

if we're all being honest and this is not a political thing we don't really talk about

politics on the show julie are you on i believe i am okay so you are so we don't talk about

politics on the show intentionally because we actually have listeners from all over the world

a vast majority,

you know, over 90% in the United States and Canada and whatnot.

But so we try to avoid it.

But there is no question that there was a very omnipresent feeling of pessimism that was taking

over the economy.
