0:42.5	I am a New York City born and bred entrepreneur
0:48.8	started in the restaurant business as a kid.
0:51.3	I worked my way up through the ranks and then opened up my first restaurant when I was 28 years old,

0:59.2	Scaled that business, opened up another concept called Seymores in 2015 and scaled that one.
