Football is a game but it's not about a collection of talent it's the building of a team and how those

teams come together is really important and that's what I've learned from Walsh that's what I've learned from

Al Davis and I really learned it from

improve your football team if you can't you're going nowhere fast. You should

tells me the round of pickaman. I could be right, I could be wrong, but I'm going to say it the way I feel like it is because for me

part of my profession as being an executive was being honest the lie continues

about Eli Manning they keep convincing themselves all he needs is if we have a better line if we have a better run on game if we get a better receiver

When you start using the if word to describe your team it's over with I wanted to be honest with myself I wasn't going to play the political game like that

scout and just come out after the draft and say I was right I was wrong. You know I was

going to be the guy that said what I had to believe. Understand the franchise, the name on the front of the Jersey,

is way more important on the name on the back and they've got this kind of screwed up.
