Hello and welcome back to another episode of the How to Talk to Girls Podcast.

Man, we are getting close to 500 episodes it is just

mind-blowing my first episode came out in December 2014 and now at the recording of this podcast.

We're in January of 2021.

So we're looking at just about six years and 500 episodes.

Unbelievable, so crazy, it's been quite the journey.

I'm wondering if I'm gonna do something special for the 500th episode. I'm not sure. I haven't really thought

about it yet. If you have any ideas I would love to hear them. You can email me

trip at tripadvice.com put in the subject line 500th episode idea. I'm just making this up off the cuff just thinking about this like why

not just email me if you have any ideas. It's gonna be a couple of weeks until that comes

out because I do about three episodes per week at this point so might be a month or two but I am

excited about it proud of it and I will definitely be cheering to the thousandth episode because I'm not stopping anytime soon.

There are so many fun interviews I'm doing that are coming up so stay tuned with

very interesting people from all walks of life and that is what this

interview is today with Shasta and Ian. I'm interviewing a couple who actually

helps other couples and individuals with creating deeper intimacy in a relationship.

So this is a little bit more for people who are in relationships and I know that many of the guys who

listen to this podcast are not in relationships but that's not the point.

The point is is one day you might be in a relationship. So you should understand what are some of the issues

that people have in relationships and how are those issues fixed and that's what Shasta and
