Lots of us have been taught that talking openly and honestly about our mental health is something

we should not do. Like when someone asks you how you are, you're supposed to say, I'm fine and

just go about your day. Well, that is exactly how Diane Guerrero felt growing up. She was taught

to say she was okay when she really wasn't. And that is exactly why she started her new podcast

from L.A.S. Studios called

Yeah. No, I'm not okay. You know Diane Guerrero from her standout role of Crazy Jane on HBO

's hit DC Universe series Doom Patrol. She also starred on Netflix's Orange is the New Black, CW's

Jane the Virgin, and CBS's Superior Donuts.

And of course, she has been on our podcast.

But Diane is so much more than just an amazing actress.

She is also a passionate advocate for immigration and mental health issues.
